# Adaptive Learning Preferences

**Adaptive Learning Preferences** enable PureCodeAI to learn and adjust to your unique coding style, project preferences, and development patterns automatically over time.

**How it Works:**

* **Automatic Learning:** As you work with the PureCode AI Extension, it learns your coding style, how you approach tasks, and any specific preferences you set for the project.
* **Saving Preferences:** PureCodeAI saves these learned preferences to use in future chats, making it easier to get the assistance you need without repeating instructions.
* **Categorization:** The AI categorizes your development patterns and stores these insights, ensuring it can offer relevant suggestions that align with your preferences.

**Benefits:**

* **Personalization:** Provides a tailored experience based on your specific coding patterns, making interactions with the AI more efficient.
* **Time-Saving:** Avoids having to re-explain preferences or styles every time you interact with the AI.
* **Increased Efficiency:** The AI’s suggestions become more aligned with your personal preferences, streamlining the development process.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://purecodedocs.gitbook.io/docs/features/integrations.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
